#1seriousvisual · element-overlap
'We Are Here!' chat widget floats over content: on desktop it covers the 'Convenience All Around' card and clips body text on /neighborhood and a review card on /reviews; on mobile it sits mid-screen over the feature cards, intro copy, the Pet Deposit tile (/pet-policy) and the tour date picker (/schedule-a-tour)
#2moderatevisual · duplicate-image
Homepage hero photo (office at dusk) is reused as the banner on every interior page except Amenities: floor plans, virtual tour, interactive map, gallery, neighborhood, pet policy, contact, resident access, schedule a tour, apply now, reviews, accessibility, privacy and sitemap
#3moderatevisual · duplicate-image
Welcome carousel reuses the aerial pool/clubhouse photo from the 'Convenience All Around' card, and its aerial-buildings slide shows up again in the 'Explore Tigard' collage
#4minorvisual · duplicate-content
Promo bar headline and subline are the same sentence ('Lease Today and Receive Up To $500 Off Move In!' twice), on every page

#2moderatevisual · broken-image
2x2 (and 3x2) floor-plan images are small, faint, low-res scanned line drawings, while 1x1 L is a color 3D render, so the cards look mismatched
#1minorvisual · dead-space
Floor-plan cards have a large empty grey block in the info panel under the price

#1seriousvisual · wrong-property-copy
Pet copy contradicts the fee tiles: text says $40/mo pet rent and '$300 per pet (or $450 total for two)' deposit, but the tiles show $35/mo rent, a $300 refundable deposit and a $300 non-refundable fee
#2minorvisual · duplicate-content
The 'Pet Restrictions' callout repeats the same 'Cats and dogs are allowed, max 2 pets' sentence and lists no actual restrictions

#1seriousvisual · text-clipped
MyShowing tour widget iframe is too short, so its 'Next' button is cut off (confirmed live)
#2moderatevisual · unfinished-section
Tour form is a third-party MyShowing widget with its own blue header bar and fonts, titled with the truncated name 'Bull Mountain'; its 'I agree to receiving text messages' box is pre-checked on step 2 (confirmed live)
